Theresa Boyle
Theresa, like all the Carr children, learned to play melodeon in the back bedroom of the home house. She often played at dances in Mín an Aoire , where she would take over from Mícheál and Eamonn, allowing the boys out for a dance. As a young girl she got great enjoyment from playing a duet along with her brother, Mícheál on the fiddle. She married Hugh Boyle and settled in his home townland of Abhainn tSeiscinne , where she still resides.
